INSURANCE & PAYMENTS

At Regenerative Health & Chiropractic, we are committed to providing high-quality, affordable care for every patient. Whether you’re using insurance or paying out-of-pocket, we’ll work with you to make your treatment plan as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Group or Individual Insurance​

​

We know that dealing with insurance can be overwhelming—that’s why we’re here to help. Our team will gladly contact your insurance provider to verify your benefits and do our best to minimize the “insurance hassle” for you.

Please note: coverage quoted by your insurance company is not a guarantee of payment. We’ll file your claims and wait up to 90 days for payment. If your plan pays as expected, you’ll only be responsible for deductibles, co-pays, or non-covered services.

No Insurance? No Problem.

​

We understand that many people today are uninsured or have high-deductible plans. We offer several flexible payment options to ensure you can still receive the care you need—without financial stress.

If you're unsure about what’s right for you, just ask—our team will work with you to find the best solution.

Personal Injury & Auto Accidents

​

If you’ve been involved in an auto accident or personal injury case, please inform your insurance carrier and let us know if an attorney is representing you.

We’ll work with your auto insurance and can wait up to six months for claim settlement after your care is completed. If your claim is resolved or you discontinue care, any remaining balance becomes your responsibility.

Medicare Patients

​

We do accept assignment from Medicare. Medicare typically covers manual spinal adjustments only and pays 80% of the allowed fee once your deductible is met.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Your annual Medicare deductible

  • The remaining 20%

  • Any non-covered services

We handle all Medicare billing paperwork at no additional charge.

Secondary Insurance

​

If you have secondary insurance coverage, please let us know at your visit. We’re happy to assist with filing and coordinating your benefits.
